Position Summary

This strategic inside sales role develops and grows VIP accounts—clients who already buy from us but represent bigger opportunities across their organizations. You will strengthen relationships, uncover purchasing needs in other divisions, and position OES Global as their trusted, go to vendor. You’ll partner with procurement contacts, safety and operations managers, and buyers to deliver bundled solutions and consistent support that turn partial buyers into company wide partners.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of warm, high potential VIP accounts, delivering Legendary Customer Service that drives repeat revenue.

Uncover expansion opportunities across departments, business units, and additional locations to fuel 20 %+ YoY account growth.

Provide customized product bundles from all OES brands to solve client safety, hydration, and facility challenges.

Strengthen relationships through timely, proactive outreach and rapid, value driven follow up.

Secure preferred vendor status by exceeding service KPIs and demonstrating cost savings.

Maintain accurate CRM notes and a disciplined daily outreach cadence to keep opportunities moving forward.

Preferred Experience

2+ years in B2B or B2G customer development, sales support, or account management.

Familiarity with procurement processes in government, industrial, or commercial sectors.

Experience selling safety, facility, hydration, signage, or industrial products is a plus.
